TIBCO ActiveMatrix BusinessWorks™ Plug-in Component for AWS Common Services, lets you utilize AWS services such as Key Management Service (KMS). The AWS Key Management Service (KMS) makes it easy for you to create and manage keys and control the use of encryption across a wide range of AWS services and in your applications. AWS KMS is a secure and resilient service that uses FIPS 140-2 validated hardware security modules to protect your keys.
TIBCO ActiveMatrix BusinessWorks is an easy to use integration product suite for enterprise, web, and mobile applications. It uses the Eclipse graphical user interface (GUI) and the TIBCO Business Studio™ , for defining business processes and the process engine to execute them.
You can use the TIBCO ActiveMatrix BusinessWorks Plug-in Component for AWS Common Services to encrypt and decrypt sensitive user data using AWS KMS Service. The plug-in includes set of XPath functions with different authentication mechanisms for users to connect with KMS service. It also includes a GetConnection activity which returns AWS KMS Client object that can be used with Java invoke Activity for custom implementation.
