Creating a Dynamics CRM REST Connection

Prerequisites

The Dynamics CRM REST Connection shared resource is available at the Resources level. Ensure that you have created a project, as described in Creating a Project.

To create a Dynamics CRM REST connection:

Procedure

  1. Expand the created project in the Project Explorer view.
  2. Right-click the Resources folder and click New > Dynamics CRM REST Connection to open the Dynamics CRM REST Connection wizard.
  3. The resource folder, package name, and resource name of Dynamics CRM REST Connection are provided by default. If you do not want to use the default configurations, change them accordingly. Click Finish to open the Dynamics CRM Rest Shared Connection Editor.



  4. Configure the fields in the Dynamics CRM REST Shared Connection Editor.

  5. Click Test Connection to validate the connection.
