Creating an eFTL Connection

After creating a project, you have to create an eFTL Connection shared resource to establish TIBCO Cloud Messaging connection.

Prerequisites

eFTL Connection shared resource is available at the Resources level. Create the project as described in Creating a Project.

Procedure

  1. Expand the created project in the Project Explorer view.
  2. Right-click the Resources folder and click New > eFTL Connection to open the eFTL Connection wizard. The resource folder, package name, and resource name of the eFTL connection are provided by default, and can be customized.
  3. Click Finish to open the eFTL Connection editor.
  4. Configure the eFTL Connection shared resource in the eFTL Connection editor.
  5. Click Test Connection to validate the connection.
