Task B: Load Gateway Connectors

With Integration Broker, you can define and customize target connectors. The steps to define a connector are the same for all IB activities. However, based on the IB activity to be used, you need to select the appropriate target connector as shown below:

• HTTPTARGET connector: IBRequest activity

To load and define gateway connectors, complete the following steps:

Procedure
1. Go to PeopleTools > Integration Broker > Configuration > Integration Gateways.

2. Search the existing gateways. If no gateway satisfies your search criteria, click the Add A New Value link. In the Integration Gateway ID field, enter TIB_LOCAL, and click Add.

   

3. Fill in the information for TIB_LOCAL gateway, as shown in the following figure:

   • Select the Local Gateway checkbox.

   • In the URL field, enter the gateway URL you configured in step 2 of Task A, Configure Gateway URL and Activate Domain.

     

4. Click the Load Gateway Connectors button. All loaded Gateway Connectors are shown in the Connectors area, as shown in the following figure.

   

5. Click Save to save the gateway information.
