Postinstallation Tasks

After installing the plug-in, you have to perform the postinstallation tasks. Otherwise, the plug-in cannot work properly or some features might not be available.

  • Updating the launchd File
    On Mac OS, to set up connections correctly by using TIBCO Business Studio, you have to update the launchd.conf file accordingly after installing the plug-in.
  • Creating Tables on the Database Server
    If you want to use the SAP TIDManager shared resource in active mode, you have to create tables on the database server.
  • Installing JDBC Drivers
    If you want to use the SAP TIDManager shared resource in active mode, you have to install JDBC drivers to connect to databases.
