After successfully migrating adapter projects created on TIBCO ActiveMatrix BusinessWorks 5. x or TIBCO ActiveMatrix BusinessWorks 6. x, complete the post-migration steps.
Note: The post-migration steps are required to replace the adapter schema where referenced to plug-in schema.

Resource Out of Sync error occurs.
