Specifies the scheduled time at which the message delivery is first attempted by the short message service center (SMSC). By default, no value is specified for immediate delivery. |

Specifies the short message service center expiration time. The time after which the message is discarded if it is not delivered to the destination. By default, you can set the field to NULL to request the short message service center to consider the default validity period. |

Specifies a flag to request the short message service center to replace a previously submitted message, whose delivery is still pending. |
