Introduction 

TIBCO(R) Fulfillment Catalog is used by business users to model
complex offers and pricing rules for telco and media carriers /
operators. TIBCO Fulfillment Catalog includes TIBCO's Offer and
Price Designer, a web-based application that allows business
users to design commercial bundles and offers with ease. TIBCO
Fulfillment Catalog can be used with TIBCO's Offer and Price
Engine to accelerate the concept-to-market lifecycle; and with
TIBCO(R) Fulfillment Order Management to automate the
concept-to-cash order management lifecycle. 

TIBCO(R) Fulfillment Catalog is also used by technical and
operations users to model technical products and services that
make up complex offers and bundles in telco and media carriers
/ operators. In addition, it allows the dynamic modeling of
fulfillment process components and provisioning sequences and
rules. TIBCO(R) Fulfillment Catalog can be used in conjunction
with TIBCO(R) Fulfillment Order Management and TIBCO(R)
Fulfillment Provisioning to automate order fulfillment
processing, thereby accelerating the order-to-cash cycle.

TIBCO(R) Fulfillment Catalog - Mobile permits the Licensee to
use TIBCO Fulfillment Catalog solely for the purpose of
modeling wireless product and service offerings, for wireless
access networks (such as GSM, EDGE, UMTS, GPRS, HSPDA, LTE,
WiMAX and Satellite), for Licensee wireless telecommunication
subscribers. Please consult your license agreement with TIBCO
for additional details.

TIBCO(R) Fulfillment Catalog - Fixed Line permits the Licensee
to use TIBCO Fulfillment Catalog solely for the purpose of
modeling fixed line product and services offerings, for fixed
line access networks (such as DSL, optical fiber, and PSTN),
for Licensee fixed line telecommunication subscribers. Please
consult your license agreement with TIBCO for additional
details.

The programs included herein are subject to a restricted use
license and can only be used in conjunction with this
application.
