Merge TIBCO Fulfillment Catalog Resources into ECM.ear

The installer merges the TIBCO Fulfillment Catalog resources into the TIBCO MDM $MQ_HOME/ECM.ear file for deploying TIBCO Fulfillment Catalog. The installer also deploys the merged ECM.ear file to the application server.
