TIBCO Enterprise Message Service Configuration

The installer creates the required Enterprise Message Service topics for the TIBCO Product and Service Catalog. The installer connects to the EMS_HOME which is set in the environment variable. The Enterprise Message Service hostname, port, username, and password are taken from the <MQ_HOME>/config/ConfigValues.xml file.
