Defining Supplier Enterprise

You can define credentials, subscribe to the datapool, define the Synchronization Format, and set up trading partners. 1Sync is used as an example here.

1. Log in to the newly created enterprise with the created user credentials.
2. Select Administration > My > Company Profile.
   1. Click the Create link in the Credentials section.
   2. Create a Credential with Domain as GLN and provide your <Supplier GLN> as the Identity.
3. Select Administration > Datapool Profiles.
   1. Subscribe to 1Sync by clicking the Subscribe link in the Actions column.
   2. Click Modify in the Actions column.
   3. Click Modify again under Supported Synchronization Formats.
   4. Select 1Sync from the list of Synchronization Formats. Click Save.
4. Select Administration > Trading Partner Profiles.
   1. Click Create to create a new Trading Partner.
   2. Provide details to create the Trading Partner and select 1Sync as the Default Synchronization Format. Click Save.
   3. In newly created Trading Partner Profiles, click on Modify.
   4. Select 1Sync as the Datapool. Click Save.
   5. Click the newly created trading partner in the trading partner list.
   6. Click the Extended Credentials link against the 1Sync in the Datapool Participation section.
   7. Click Create to create a credential.
   8. Select Domain as GLN and provide the GLN of the trading partner as the Identity.
   9. Click Save.
5. Select Administration > My Company Profiles.
   1. Click the Credentials link against 1Sync in the Datapool Participation section.
   2. Click Create to create a credential.
   3. Select Domain as GLN. The Supplier GLN is populated in the Identity drop-down list.
   4. Specify the Batch User ID, User ID, and Password for the Supplier GLN.
   5. Click Save.
