Handles all the tags in a string and returns a string where the tags have been replaced with their values.

Parameters

containingTags
Type: SystemString
String containing tags, such as {date} or {time}.

Return Value

Type: String
The string where the tags have been replace with their values. If containingTags is null, the method return an empty string instead
