Parameters

index
Type: System Int32
The zero-based index of the element to remove.

System InvalidOperationExceptionThrown if the list is read-only
System ArgumentOutOfRangeExceptionindex is less than 0 or index is equal to or greater than Count.
Remarks
This operation will cause the list to be completely re-created and the element at index will be removed.

This method is O(n), where n is Count.
