settings: Type: Spotfire.Dxp.Data.Collections PageableListSettings
The settings to apply to the list. The settings are only used to initialize the list. No reference to the object is kept.

values: Type: System.Collections.Generic IEnumerable T
The collection whose elements are copied to the new list.

Exceptions

Exception	Condition
System ArgumentException	Thrown if <T> is an unsupported type
System ArgumentNullException	Thrown if values collection is null.

Remarks

If CanReplaceValue is false the only allowed operations to update values are Add(T) and Add(Object)
