The column builder where values should be added to.

rowCount: Type: System Int32
The number of rows which should be added to the column builder.

arguments: Type: System.Collections.Generic IList IDataColumn
The input argument columns.

Remarks

The implementor has to add exactly rowCount items to the column builder.
