An object representing the next value on the current row. A null value is returned to mark the end of the input.

Exceptions

Exception	Condition
System FormatException	if the input could not be parsed, or if the input ends in the middle of a row.
System InvalidOperationException	if all the columns on the current row has been read.
System ObjectDisposedException	if the reader has been closed.
