Inserts an element into the PageableListT at the specified index.

Parameters

index
Type: SystemInt32
The zero-based index at which item should be inserted.
value
Type: SystemObject
The object to insert.

InvalidOperationExceptionThrown if the list is read-only
ArgumentOutOfRangeExceptionThrown if index is less than 0 or index is greater than Count.
ArgumentExceptionvalue is of a type that is not assignable to the PageableListT.
Remarks
If index is equal to Count, item is added to the end of the list. Otherwise, the complete list is re-created and the element inserted at the correct position.

This method is O(n), where n is Count.
