ISO 21747 / DIN 55319 - Process Capability Setup - Distributions Tab

When the DIN 55319 option button is selected on the Quick tab, the name of the dialog box is DIN 55319 - Process Capability Setup.

Select the Distributions tab to access the options described here.

Fit all distributions (compute parameters and K-S d)

Click the Fit all distributions (compute parameters and K-S d) button to display the results of fitting all selected distributions.

Distribution

The Distribution group box contains the options described here. You can select any combination of the distributions, or click the Fit all distributions... button to review the goodness-of-fit for all available distributions.

Normal

 Select the Normal check box to fit the normal distribution.

Log-Normal

 Select the Log-Normal check box to fit the log-normal distribution.

Folded normal

Select the Folded normal check box to fit the folded normal (with fold not equal to zero) distribution.

Half normal

Select the Half normal check box to fit the half-normal distribution.

Rayleigh

Select the Rayleigh check box to fit the Rayleigh distribution.

Weibull

Select the Weibull check box to fit the Weibull distribution.

Gaussian mixture

Select the Gaussian mixture check box to fit the Gaussian mixture distribution.

Johnson distribution (general non-normal, single mode)

 Select the Johnson distribution (general non-normal, single mode) check box to fit the Johnson distribution.
