Monte Carlo Analysis - Quick Tab
Select the Quick tab of the Monte Carlo Analysis dialog box to access options to enter the seed values and replications for a Monte Carlo experiment. Additional parameters and conditions can be set on the Advanced tab.
- Seed1
- Enter an integer between 1 and 2,147,483,647 in the Seed1 box. This seed is used to generate random numbers.
- Seed2
- Enter another integer between 1 and 2,147,483,647 in the Seed2 box. This seed is used in Contaminated Normal generation only.
- Number of replications
- Specify the number of Monte Carlo replications in the Number of replications box. The number can be no greater than 1000.
