Life Table & Distribution of Survival Times - Table of Survival Times Tab

Select the Table of survival times tab of the Life Table & Distribution of Survival Times dialog box to access the options described here.

Note: Ensure that a life table of survival times is used as input into the analysis.
Option Description
Variables Displays the standard variable selection dialog box for specifying the variables of the survival table. Specifically, select 3 variables with the following information:
  1. The lower limits for each time interval;
  2. The number of individuals withdrawn alive from each interval;
  3. The number of individuals dying in each interval.  

The variables that you select here are appropriately displayed in the statements under the Variables button.

Number entering first intervalUse the Number entering first interval field and the accompanying microscrolls) to specify the number of cases entering in the first interval for the life table.
