Edit Format

Click the Edit button in the Format Manager dialog to display the Edit Format dialog.

You can also use classic menus, when you select Cells from the Format menu, the title of this dialog is Format Cells.

This dialog can contain five tabs: Alignment, Font, Border, and Cell Text. The Number tab is present when the dialog is accessed from the Format menu (Format Cells dialog).

Use these options to make changes to an existing format.

Option	Description
Copy From	Click the Copy From button to choose from a drop-down list of available formats. When you select a format, the formatting options on all four tabs will reflect the selected format's options.
Clear All	Click the Clear All button to clear the formatting options on all four tabs.
