Rename a Spreadsheet Layout

To rename an existing spreadsheet layout, follow these instructions:

Ribbon bar. Select the Format tab. In the Spreadsheet group, click Layouts to display the Spreadsheet Layouts dialog.

Classic menus. From the Format menu, select Spreadsheet to display the Spreadsheet Layouts dialog.

    Procedure
  1. In the Spreadsheet Layouts dialog, select the spreadsheet layout you want to rename.
  2. Click the Rename button.
  3. In the Spreadsheet Layout Name dialog, enter the new name for the spreadsheet layout in the Name field. Click OK.
  4. Click Close in the Spreadsheet Layouts dialog to return to the active spreadsheet.
