Category Overlay Areas

On the Plot: General tab of the Graph Options dialog or in the General dialog (accessible by right-clicking on any line or marker in a graph and selecting General Plot Options from the shortcut menu), select the Multiple areas check box and click the Multiple areas button to display the Category Overlay Areas dialog.

Pattern

Click any of the Pattern buttons to display the Area Properties dialog, in which you can change the color, pattern, and style of the different areas of the graph.

Click Close to accept your changes and return to the previous dialog.
