Capability Analysis (Poisson Distribution) Results

After specifying options in the Capability analysis (Poisson distribution) dialog, click the OK button to display the Capability analysis (Poisson distribution) results dialog, which contains two tabs: Quick and Advanced.

Summary

Click the Summary button to create a spreadsheet with the following summary descriptive statistics:

• The Mean DPU (Defects per Unit) value
• Lower and upper (95%) confidence interval
• The minimum and maximum DPU values
• The target value

For details regarding the computations of these statistics, see the Computational Details.

Cancel

Click the Cancel button to close the dialog without performing an analysis and return to the Capability analysis (Poisson) dialog.

Options

Click the Options button to display the Options menu.

By Group

Click the By Group button to display the By Group specification dialog.
