Specify Input Values

Click the Predict dependent variable button in the MARSplines Results dialog to display the Specify input values dialog. Enter specific values for the independent variables in this dialog in order to predict the value of the dependent variable. Enter the values individually for each variable in the current regression equation or enter one Common Value (see below).

Element Name	Description
Input value box	Enter the values individually for each variable in the current regression equation or enter one Common Value (see below).
OK	Click the OK button to compute a spreadsheet displaying the value for the dependent variable, given the current regression equation.
Cancel	Click the Cancel button to exit the dialog and return to the Custom Predictions tab of MARSplines Results dialog.
Common Value	Enter one value in the Common Value box, and then click the Apply button to transfer this value to each variable.
