Exporting a PDF of a dashboard

Exported PDFs replicate the structure of the dashboard, with each section containing the corresponding indicators displayed at the time of export.

To export a PDF of a dashboard:

  1. Open the Dashboard screen by selecting the EBX Insight Add-on (New) icon highlighted below:

  2. Use the Dashboard drop-down to select the dashboard to export.

  3. From the Actions drop-down, select Export to PDF.

    In the export screen, you can make changes to the indicators such as selecting a new graph type and you can execute indicators so that the exported PDF contains the latest values. Note that changes are not reflected in the dashboard, only in the downloaded PDF.

  4. Click Download and specify the save location.
