Installing the app

Users can install the EBX GO Add-on for iOS or EBX GO Add-on for Android mobile applications on their devices using the Google Play Store, or Apple App Store.

Note

As iOS receives frequent updates and automatic updates cannot be deactivated, the utmost effort is put forth in testing and supporting the latest available versions.

The following table lists the currently supported environments:

Client side	The app is currently supported on devices running the following operating systems: Android version 5.0 or higher iOS 10 or higher
Server side	The add-on is currently supported when using EBX® 6.0.0 and higher. Note that the mobile app automatically downloads and installs the correct app version to ensure compatibility with the configured server.

Note

When installing the app on an Android device, the Android System WebView app (at least version 59.0.3071.125) must also be installed.
