To define a business term, use the Governance menu in the Metadata and select Business Term to open the corresponding screen. This screen displays all existing terms and gives access to the creation menu to add new terms to the list.
Click on the + icon in the top left corner to access the creation screen.
When you have completed the creation of your business term, click on the Save and close button.
