You can obtain the readme file either frpm the TIBCO documentation site (https://docs.tibco.com) or from the TIBCO download site (https://edelivery.tibco.com) with the product software.
To download, you need a user name and password. If you did not receive a user name and password, contact TIBCO Technical Support.
TIBCO FTL
Before installing TIBCO eFTL software you must first install the corresponding release of TIBCO FTL software.
In Release 6.5 and later, the FTL server provides and manages the eFTL service. To enable this functionality, the TIBCO eFTL installer places eFTL service components into the FTL product tree at TIBCO_HOME/ftl/6.5/bin/modules/.
