Supported TIBCO Software

The following list highlights the version number of the messaging products that best work with TIBCO Enterprise Message Service.

• We strongly recommend TIBCO FTL 6.1.0 if you will use TIBCO Enterprise Message Service to exchange messages with TIBCO FTL.
• We strongly recommend TIBCO Rendezvous 8.4.6 or higher if you will use TIBCO Enterprise Message Service to exchange messages with TIBCO Rendezvous. If Rendezvous is already installed on your network, additional licenses are required only if you are adding additional hosts (client, server, development subnets, and so on) to your network.
• TIBCO SmartSockets 6.8.2 or higher is required if you will use TIBCO Enterprise Message Service to exchange messages with TIBCO SmartSockets. If SmartSockets is already installed on your system, additional licenses are required only if you are adding additional RTclients or RTservers to your network.
