Gets whether message consumers subscribed to multicast-enabled topics in EMS client applications can receive messages over multicast.

Gets whether message consumers subscribed to multicast-enabled topics in EMS client applications can receive messages over multicast.

This call is not supported in COBOL, and is not supported on z/OS and IBM i systems.
