Requesting a DVD
If you do not want to download the software over the network, you can obtain a DVD containing the software and load it directly onto your system.
The minimum time period for delivery of a DVD is five working days. Contact TIBCO Support and request the desired media for your environment.

- If you already have a valid maintenance or support contract, visit http://support.tibco.com. Entry to this site requires a user name and password. If you do not have a user name, you can request one.
