S7M3CLUP

This independent cleanup module is called from either S7MATRUE or DFHPEP.

S7M3CLUP can perform the following functions:

Ensures that a CEET Work Thread is no longer associated with a Connection.
Releases the CEET Work Thread so that the next CICS application can reuse it.
If the CEET Work Thread has ended, cleans up definitions and allocations on behalf of the Worker.
Ensures that storage references to this Worker are cleared.
