FTP Variables

Before performing the installation process, ensure that the required variables or items are obtained.

The checklist of variables or required items is provided in the following table. The data set suffix and member names are included as a reference to where they occur.

The column headings are defined as follows:
  • Description: provides instructional information.
  • Suffix: lists the suffix of the data set containing the reference.

  • Member: contains the variable in question; there might be several instances of the same variable within a specific member.
