CO2
CO2 Uptake Versus Concentration Data
Description
Measurements of the CO2 uptake for six Echinochloa crus-galli plants
from Quebec and six plants from Mississippi as a function of ambient
CO2 concentration. Half the plants of each type were chilled
before the measurements were taken.
Usage
data(CO2)
Format
This data frame contains the following columns:
Value
| Plant |
a factor giving a unique identifier for each plant.
 |
| Type |
origin of the plant - Quebec or Mississippi.
 |
| Treatment |
treatment - chilled or nonchilled.
 |
| conc |
ambient concentration of carbon dioxide (mL/L).
 |
| uptake |
CO2 uptake (umol/m^2 sec).
