Assay Data for the Protein DNase
Description
The DNase data frame has 176 rows and 3 columns obtained during the
development of an ELISA assay for the recombinant protein DNase in rat
serum.

Value
This data frame contains the following columns:
| Run |
a factor giving the run from which the data were obtained.
|
| conc |
the known concentration of the protein.
|
| density |
the measured optical density in the assay. Duplicate optical density
measurements were obtained.
