This data set, voice.five, is a list suitable as input for the image command. The z component of the list is a matrix that is 92 by 64. Each column of z represents a periodogram over a short period of time; i.e., adjacent columns have half of their observations in common. The rows of z represent time, and the values in z are the intensity of a frequency at a given time.
