Creating a SAP HANA Database Connection

To use SAP HANA Database, you must first create a SAP HANA Database connection. The SAP HANA Database connection contains the parameters required to connect to the SAP HANA Database. The SAP HANA Database connection is used by all the activities in the SAPHANADB category.

Prerequisites

Before you create a connection, familiarize yourself with SAP HANA Database. For details about how to use the SAP HANA Database product, see the SAP HANA product documentation.

Procedure

  1. In TIBCO Flogo Enterprise, click the Connections tab and perform one of the following actions:
    • To add a connection for the first time, click the SAP HANA Database card. You can search for a connector card by typing the connector name in the search field.
    • If you have existing connections and want to add a new connection, click the Add Connection link.
  2. In the SAP HANA Database Connector dialog box, enter the connection details. For field descriptions, see the SAP HANA Database Connection topic.
  3. Click Connect.
