SAP SuccessFactors Create

Use this activity to invoke POST operations on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central services.

Configuration

Note: Only those SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central APIs and corresponding services that support the POST operation, are available for configuration.

You have to configure the SAP Connection to perform operations on SAP SuccessFactors services.

In addition, you have to specify the API and the service on which to perform the operation.

Field Description
SAP Connection The name of the connection.
SAP SuccessFactors API Select the API from the drop-down list.
Service Select the service.

Input

The Input tab displays the input schema of the activity as a tree structure. The information in the schema varies based on the fields selected on the Configuration tab. Users should enter information for any mandatory fields. These may change depending on the service you select. For any fields expecting date or time, the date or time can be entered in following formats:
  • Date or time format as supported by SAP
  • Date and time format, use: YYYY-MM-DDThh:mm:ss+00:00
  • Date format, use: YYYY-MM-DD+00:00
  • Time format, use: hh:mm:ss+00:00

Output

The Output tab displays the output schema of the activity as a tree structure. The output is read-only. The information in the schema varies based on the fields selected on the Configuration tab. The properties that are displayed in the schema correspond to the output of this activity and can be used as input by subsequent activities in the flow.

Any elements containing "_deferred" tags are not included as part of the output.
