Installing Flogo Enterprise on Docker Toolbox

If you are running a version of Microsoft Windows or Macintosh operating system that does not meet the requirements for the newer Docker software, you can install the Docker Toolbox and then install Flogo Enterprise on the Docker Toolbox. Refer to the Docker documentation for details on installing the Docker Toolbox.

This section lists the pre-requisites for running Flogo Enterprise on Docker Toolbox.
    Procedure
  1. (On Windows) Make sure that virtualization is enabled in Task Manager. If it is disabled, see the Windows documentation for steps to enable it.
  2. Install the latest version of DockerToolbox and configure the following:
    1. Launch Toolbox from either Kitematic (UI) or by clicking on Docker Quick Start Terminal UI.
    2. Once VirtualBox is created, use VirtualBox desktop shortcut to check the running VM status.
    3. TIBCO recommends installing Flogo Enterprise under your home directory (C:\Users\<username> folder on Windows). If you plan on installing Flogo Enterprise in any location other than your home directory, be sure to mount that folder in Docker Toolbox.
    4. Flogo Enterprise Web UI runs on port number 8090 by default. In VirtualBox, map the port on which you plan to run Flogo Enterprise before running the Flogo Enterprise Web UI.
  3. After you have installed and set up the Docker Toolbox, install Flogo Enterprise by following the instructions in Installing TIBCO Flogo Enterprise section.
