Introduction 

The TIBCO Foresight(R) ICD-10 Conversion Adapter works with
TIBCO Foresight(R) Translator or TIBCO Foresight(R) Instream(R)
to convert International  Classification of Diseases, Ninth
Revision (ICD-9) codes to International Classification of
Diseases, Tenth Revision (ICD-10) codes, and vice versa.
