Post Deployment Tasks

Once the redeployment of PortalBuilder is complete, you will need to complete the following tasks to integrate the BusinessWorks FormBuilder application into the portal.

1.

Log into PortalBuilder Console and navigate to the EmployeeAssistance site (child site of Root).

2.

Click Edit This Site and pick Edit Site Details from the dropdown menu to get to the Site Details wizard as shown in Figure 74.

Edit the Key field to add a site key, for example, empAssist.

4.

Edit the Default Page Selector field, selecting Role-based Page Selector from the drop down list.

5.

Edit the Shared Template Application field, selecting PS Shared Template Application from the drop down list.

6.

Click Next to go to the Skins screen, and then press Next again to go to the Default Pages screen.

7.

Click Select and choose Authenticated Users for Role.

8.

Click Select and choose Root>EmployeeAssistance>My Desktop>Home for the default page.

9.

Click Add.

Your screen should like such as Figure 75.

10.

Click Finish.

The EmployeeAssistance application is now a site within the portal.
