A FormBuilder Archive resource is used for deploying FormBuilder Desktop and dependent resources.
To deploy a FormBuilder Desktop, you first need to add FormBuilder Archive to an Enterprise Archive, then the FormBuilder Desktop to a FormBuilder Archive, and finally deploy the Enterprise Archive to a servlet container in TIBCO Administrator. When a FormBuilder Desktop is added to a FormBuilder Archive, all dependent resources such as formflows, forms, TIBCO BusinessWorks process definitions, and custom resources in a Form Resource Store are also added to the archive.
All formflows in a FormBuilder Archive should be related, since a TIBCO BusinessWorks FormBuilder Archive is treated as a single application in TIBCO Administrator.
• If a formflow is called dynamically in the Call Formflow activity by using the button Add non process starter, any referenced resources must be manually added. For an example of how to build a FormBuilder Archive and an Enterprise Archive, see TIBCO BusinessWorks FormBuilder User’s Guide.
