Formflow Page

Resource

A Formflow Page resource allows you to add a formflow to FormBuilder Desktop. At runtime, clicking a link launches the formflow. This page should be named so that it reveals its function, since this name will appear in the browser at run-time.

This resource can be added either to the Page Folder or directly to the Site resource. This depends on the user and the way they want to organize the user interface.

Configuration

The Configuration tab has the following fields.

Field	Description
Name	The label for the formflow in TIBCO Designer.
Description	This resource creates a new formflow page.
Formflow	The name of the formflow process definition. When the FormBuilder Archive is deployed, a link for starting this formflow is displayed in FormBuilder Desktop.
Done URL	The URL of a page to display when formflow processing is complete.
Include in Navigation	Select or clear this checkbox to include or exclude this resource from the navigation bar. For a detailed explanation, refer to the topic Include in Navigation, Page Folder Configuration.

Access Control

The Access Control tab has the following field:.

Field	Description
Allow Guest Access	Select or clear this checkbox to allow or disallow access by guests (users who will not log into FormBuilder Desktop). For a detailed explanation, refer to Page Folder Access Control.
