Introduction 

TIBCO Fulfillment Provisioning Session layer for RADIUS
provides developers with session level connectivity to external
systems using RADIUS protocol.

TIBCO Fulfillment Provisioning Session layer for RADIUS is
built on top of TIBCO Fulfillment Provisioning cartridge
framework and runs only with TIBCO Fulfillment Provisioning.

TIBCO Fulfillment Provisioning Session layer for RADIUS
supports:

- client role only, 

- IPV4 and IPV6 addressing, 

- Access and Accounting messages and, 

- configuration and customization to implement specific coding
and sequencing of command requests
and decoding of command responses that must be exchanged with
specific external systems.

This release provides a full product installation.  However, a
Fulfillment Provisioning 3.9 installation is required on the
same TIBCO_HOME directory prior to this product being
installed.
