Introduction 

TIBCO Fulfillment Provisioning Session layer for SMPP provides
developers with session level connectivity to SMSCs using SMPP
protocol.

TIBCO Fulfillment Provisioning Session layer for SMPP is built
on top of TIBCO Fulfillment Provisioning cartridge framework
and runs only with TIBCO Fulfillment Provisioning.

TIBCO Fulfillment Provisioning Session layer for SMPP supports:

- ESME role only and, 

- configuration and customization to implement specific coding
and sequencing of SMPP command requests and decoding of SMPP
command responses that must be  exchanged with specific SMSCs.

This release provides a full product installation.  However, a
Fulfillment Provisioning 3.9 installation is required on the
same TIBCO_HOME directory prior to this product being
installed.
