Technical Product Configuration Technical users can define technical products and other features associated with them. By configuring the technical product, you can specify how to enrich and validate the catalog. Product catalog configuration Catalog-level users can create products and specify the technical products that they comprise. This defines the mapping between incoming service orders and the lower-level technical product definition. User Administration Administrator-level users can define the permissions that are allocated to different users of Fulfillment Provisioning. Tools Fulfillment Provisioning includes a service order tool that can be used to test the execution of rules and of service order processing overall.
