Service Order Flows

A service order contains a group of technical product orders. A service order flow describes the activation sequence within that group. Activating a service order involves executing its service order flow which activates the technical product orders in the flow.

Note:

Technical product orders are activated according to this sequence. The original product orders from which they are decomposed from do not participate in the activation sequence.

Fulfillment Provisioning Catalog dynamically generates a service order flow according to predefined rules and relates it to the corresponding instance of service order data. Refer to the TIBCO Fulfillment Provisioning Developers Guide for more details.
