Order Tracking

Order Tracking allows user to navigate among stored orders.

Search for order by typing search string, and clicking the search button. If no search string is entered, clicking on the search button displays the advanced search.

Advanced searches are saved and can be reused as filters. They also can be used in the dashboard to run simple statistics on filtered Orders.

Note: The dashboard supports the strtotime() function. For example, when creating queries on the dashboard based on time criteria, you can use time instances in the request such as now, yesterday, 10 September 2000, +1 day, +1 week, +1 month, + 1 week 2 days 4 hours 2 seconds, next Thursday, last Monday, and so on.

GUI is using generic names for SOD, POD, TPOD and WOD:

  • Order corresponds to a SOD.

  • Order Line corresponds to a POD.

  • Technical Order corresponds to a TPOD.

  • Resource Order corresponds to a WOD.
