Technical User

The technical user defines the following objects and their relationships using Fulfillment Provisioning Catalog configuration pages:

Parameters - these are the lowest-level atoms used to define provisioning features.
Patterns - a pattern is essentially a cluster of parameters that together describe some feature or aspect of a feature.
The technical products that can be provisioned, for example, voiceline - data for these are either enriched or validated using patterns; they can also be associated with incompatibility rules that designate certain products as incompatible with others.
Verbs - these are actions that can be performed on any product, for example, activate.
Technical product orders, or TPO- these associative objects associate verbs with technical products, for example, activate/CLIP; a technical product order also defines which rules, product order flows, or rollback technical product orders apply to it.
Rules - these express how technical product orders are validated, sorted, and so on.
Product order flows - these describe the sequence of work orders that must be invoked to provision a specific product order.
